The Best PFA Inline Chemical Heater is designed for hydrofluoric acid (HF), potassium hydroxide (KOH), and other chemistry compatible with PFA. It uses a PFA insulated electrical resistive element heater and is suitable for safely heating acids, bases, DI water, and other noncombustible liquids up to 210°C

 

This series of Precise Heater Ultra-Pure Inline Heaters is designed for use in ultrapure environments and industrial fluid heating applications such as Semiconductor-, PCB-, MEMS-, Electronics-, LED-, Flat Panel-, Solar cell Manufacturing, Chemical Processing, Aerospace, Life Science industry and other applications which require the highest standards of purity. Maximum Working Pressure:


• 100 PSIG (7 Bar) at 25oC

• 43 PSIG (. Bar) at 180oC

 

Heater Sizes: 1,000 watts up to 18,000 watts

 

Heater Voltages Available:


200 to 600 volts, single or three phase (12kW and

larger requires three phase).


Watt Density: 10 watts per square inch (1.5w/cm2)
